The Agfa Agfacolor Optima Prestige II 200 Professional is a color negative film. The ISO 200 film is developed in the C-41 process and is no longer produced today.
The professional film was advertised by Agfa at that time with a fine grain, a natural color saturation and that it would deliver very sharp images.
You could buy it for your 35mm and medium format camera. For the 35mm format, the Kodak Gold 200* would be a conceivable replacement. Alternative medium format film stock would be the Kodak Portra 160*.
