The Supersampler - Pearl Blue is an edition of the Supersampler in Pearl Blue. It offers the same functions as the other Supersamplers.

4 lenses in a row were built into the SuperSampler - Pearl Blue. With these, it shoots four pseudo-panorama images that are captured side by side on one image. The four lenses have a focal length of 20 mm and a fixed aperture of f/8.

There are two time settings for triggering all lenses.
Option 1: 4 images in 2 seconds
Option 2: 4 pictures in 0.2 seconds.

This makes either 0.50 seconds per image or 0.05 seconds for one image. One hundredth of a second the film is exposed per lens.

A viewfinder to check the later image does not exist on this camera. It is not possible to adjust the focus, as it cannot be changed.

The SuperSampler - Pearl Blue does not have a flash port, so you should either use sensitive film or only shoot with it on sunny days. The multi-lens camera does not need a battery. All functions are mechanical. The film is transported by pulling a string.

In the package of the camera there is also a 144-page booklet.

Films for the SuperSampler - Pearl Blue

According to the instruction manual for the SuperSampler - Pearl Blue, 35mm film is exposed. 35mm film is still manufactured and is developed without problems at most photo labs. There are a good number of manufacturers that produce film for this format. For example, Lomography itself also offers suitable material. Of course, you don't have to use Lomography's films.

Possible films for the Lomography camera are the Fujifilm Superia 400* for color photos and the Kodak T-Max 400* for B&W images. Both films are good for everyday use and perform well in test reports.

The development of the color negative film is done in the C-41 development process. This service is offered by almost every photo lab. It is possible to have color films developed at many drugstores.
