The Samsung ECX 2 is a 35mm camera from the Korean company Samsung. It is the successor of the Samsung ECX 1, but compared to the 1, it is a bit more compact.

The zoom range of the lens is 38 mm to 140 mm and the maximum aperture is f/3.8 at 38 mm. The 35 mm camera is equipped with autofocus. The closest focusing distance is 60 cm.
The Samsung ECX 2 has a built-in light meter. It is designed for an ISO range of 50 to 3200. The camera determines the correct sensitivity of the film via the DX code. Exposure settings are automatically determined by the camera.
The camera comes with a Bulb mode. This allows the shutter to remain open for a variable amount of time to expose the film. There is a built-in flash for shooting in low light, this ensures clear shots. A self-timer is available.
