The Revue Sonar Autofocus 5005 is designed for Polaroid's SX-70 format. Production of instant film has been discontinued by Polaroid. Alternatives, such as the Polaroid Color Film for SX-70 * or the Polaroid B&W Film for SX-70 *, are available from The Impossible Project (Polaroid Originals).

The battery for the camera, which powers the film mechanism and autofocus, is in the film cassette. So there is no need to buy an additional battery and it is replaced every time the film is changed.
