The lens is focused manually. There are two levels to choose from. The minimum distance to the subject is 60 cm according to the operating instructions of the Sardina.
The La Sardina Fitzroy has no meter for the right exposure. You can only choose between a fixed shutter speed of 1/100 second and Bulb. The shutter can remain open for a variable time.
The 35mm camera is mechanical and can take pictures without batteries. A flash connection is available. However, only the Fritz the Flash or the Hot Shoe Adapter can be used. A Fritz the Blitz in a matching design is included in the package.
