The La Sardina - Capri Bagni di Tiberio was introduced in May 2012 as part of the La Sardina Beach Edition. It is a Special Edition of the wide-angle camera, but has the same range of functions as the other La Sardinas.
The camera is decorated with a design made of fabric. On this there are stripes in different colors. The design is unique for each camera. The visible plastic parts are white. The name of the camera is composed of the name of the Mediterranean island Capri and a beach on the island.
The lens of the Capri Bagni di Tiberio is made of plastic. The 22mm plastic lens has a fixed aperture of f/8 and is a super wide angle lens. Two exposure times can be selected, 1/100s and a bulb mode.
35mm film (eBay / Amazon*) is required for the camera. The type of film, slide film, redscale, color negative film or black and white film, does not matter. The finished film can be developed in any lab.
Included with this Special Edition of La Sardina are a poster, a book of photos ("Seeing the world through a sardine cam"), a lens cap, Fritz the flash and color filters for the flash.
