The Lomography Konstruktor F Hello Kitty is a DIY camera created in collaboration between Pinkoi, Sanrio (Hello Kitty) and Lomography. It is aimed at anyone who enjoys being creative and wants to take their photography into their own hands.
Features
The camera not only offers the pleasure of building it yourself, but also a variety of functions: A flash expands the photographic possibilities and makes shooting even more fun. From assembly to actual use, you get a deep understanding of how analog photography works.
A waist-level viewfinder enables clear image composition and precise focusing. Double exposure and long exposure, popular features on Lomography cameras, enable creative experimentation. An interchangeable 50mm f/10 lens offers flexibility in choosing the image frame.
Films
The camera uses 35mm film (eBay / Amazon*), which must be purchased separately. The design of the camera is inspired by the classic Hello Kitty character, but has been reinterpreted and given an artistic touch that also appeals to adults. Two different skins and a bonus sticker allow the camera to be customized.
Pinkoi
Pinkoi is an online platform for design products and supports designers in showcasing their unique creations. The collaboration with Lomography and Hello Kitty underlines Pinkoi's commitment to creative expression and individual design. It was founded in Taipei in 2011.
Hello Kitty / Sanrio
Hello Kitty is a globally known and loved character created by the Japanese company Sanrio. She was designed by Yuko Shimizu in 1974 and has since become a cultural phenomenon. Hello Kitty is a white cat with a red bow who is known for her friendliness, cuteness, and positive attitude.
