The Fisheye One Woodgrain is a 35mm camera. The Woodgrain is an edition of the Fisheye One. The design of the edition has a wooden look. Otherwise the plastic camera is identical to the normal Fisheye One.
The package of the Fisheye One Woodgrain includes the lens cap, camera strap and the Fisheye View book.
Features
The body material of the Fisheye One is plastic, making it lightweight and easy to carry. The focal length of 10mm and maximum aperture of f/8 provide an extremely wide angle of view, perfect for capturing landscapes, architecture and other subjects. The close focus distance of 10 cm allows for creative close-ups and provides an interesting perspective.
This camera does not have a light meter, and all exposure settings are fixed, including focus. The shutter speed of 1/100 s is the only setting.
The built-in flash can be turned on if desired, and an LED light on the back indicates flash readiness. The built-in flash requires one AA battery (eBay / Amazon*). The camera does not have a tripod socket or a cable release thread, and there is no self-timer function.
Films for the camera
What kind of films does the camera need? 35mm format films are used. 35mm films are still produced and developed easily in most photo labs. An option for monochrome images is Kodak T-Max 400*. A possible film for color photography is the Agfaphoto Vista 400*.
The color film is processed using the C-41 process. The C-41 process is standardized and is offered by most developing labs. For example, you can drop off your films for development at many drugstores in Germany.
