Only 200 pieces of this camera were made. On the back are the mascots of Colette, the dogs Caperino and Peperone.

The camera comes with a Colette CD Mix (No. 7) with 31 tracks on two CDs. The range of functions is identical to the normal Fisheye One.

Features Overview

The Fisheye One Colette is a unique and fun camera designed specifically for capturing wide-angle and distorted images. Its distinctive fisheye lens has a focal length of 10mm and a maximum aperture of f/8. It is so wide-angle that part of the image remains black.

The body is made of lightweight plastic, which makes the camera very portable. A particularly notable feature of this camera is its close focus distance of only 10 cm, which allows you to get very close to your subject.

The Lomography camera has a fixed focus and the shutter speed is set to 1/100s, which is suitable for most lighting conditions. Indoors or in the evening, it is better to use the camera with flash unless you are using very high sensitivity film.

In addition to the built-in flash, which can be activated at the touch of a button, the Fisheye One Colette has an LED indicator on the back that shows when the flash is ready. The flash sync time is synchronized to 1/100s.

Battery

The camera is powered by one AA battery (eBay / Amazon*), which is only needed for the flash. All other functions of the camera are mechanical.

The camera was made in China and as an additional accessory there is an underwater housing that allows you to take underwater pictures.

Manual film advance is done via a thumbwheel on the back of the camera. Through a window on the back, you can see the loaded film. On the top of the camera you can see the remaining or already used shots.

Films for the Lomography Fisheye One Colette

The Fisheye One Colette requires 35mm film. Films are still produced for this format. Films with high sensitivity are best. This is the best way to be prepared for everyday use.

For black and white images in 35mm format, Ilford Delta 400* is a good choice. For color images with the Lomography camera, you can reach for the Kodak Ultramax 400*. Both films can of course be developed by most photo labs.
