The Rossmann HR 100 is a color negative film. It was sold by the drugstore chain and was only available as 35mm film. It has since been discontinued.
Like the films still available from the Burgwedel-based company, the HR 100 was certainly manufactured by Fujifilm and sold under Rossmann’s house brand. A real and cheap alternative with a sensitivity of ISO 100 does not really exist. One possibility would be the Lucky Super 100 New, but this can only be obtained from foreign dealers. If you can get over the slightly higher ISO value, the HR 200 or the DM Paradies 200, for example, come into question.
Sample photos
The sample photos were taken with the Praktica MTL 5. The negatives were digitized with the Canoscan 9000F flatbed scanner.
