Cool colors and green images with the AgfaPhoto CT Precisa 100

The AgfaPhoto CT Precisa 100 is a slide film. It has a rated sensitivity of ISO 100 and is only available as a 35mm film. In terms of price, it is currently one of the cheapest slide films on the market.
Currently, a film from Fujifilm in Japan is inside the red box of the AgfaPhoto CT Precisa 100. It is probably an amateur version of the Provia 100F.
Developed as a slide film (E6), the AgfaPhoto CT Precisa 100 delivers very good images. In my experience, the color mood is somewhat cooler than with other films. Depending on the subject, this produces great images, but sometimes it is rather disadvantageous. The sharpness of the images, despite the LC-A, is good and the grain is very restrained.
The dominant color when developing the AgfaPhoto CT Precisa 100 in the color negative process C-41, or colloquially cross processing (x-pro), is definitely green. The colors shift into green, green subjects become even greener, and what was not green before gets a green tint. This is not to say that you end up with just a green gradient, but you should not expect the results of the old Agfa CT Precisa or be afraid of the color green.
It delivers particularly good results in sunshine with high-contrast subjects that stand out from each other; here it can play to its strengths very well. The images have nice contrasts and I also like the color mood better than on gray days.
The grain is significantly more restrained than, for example, with the Lomography X-Pro Slide 200 (Amazon).
Conclusion
The AgfaPhoto CT Precisa 100 (Amazon) is a decent, solid slide film. In E6 (the slide film development process) it performs very well, especially for its price.
I would clearly recommend it if you like the colors. As a cross-processed film, the same applies: if you like the results (they go in the direction you want), buy it; otherwise, look for another film.
All images shown were taken with the Lomo LC-A+ (eBay / Amazon*) and the AgfaPhoto CT Precisa 100.
