The Polaroid Instant 1000 is an instant camera for the SX-70 format. The camera is practically identical to the Polaroid TimeZero OneStep.

However, instead of black, the front plate is white. It was manufactured by Polaroid for the international market.

The Polaroid Instant 1000 is designed for SX-70 instant film. Polaroid no longer makes film for this format, but there are some from a new producer. All Impossible (now Polaroid Originals) SX-70 films can be used in the Polaroid Instant 1000. For example, the Polaroid Color Film for SX-70* for color images and the Polaroid B&W Film for SX-70* for monochrome images.
