Chinese film manufacturer "Lucky Film" ceases production of color films
Lucky, the largest film manufacturer in China, ceases its production of color films. This is reported by Chinadaily.
The reason is the increase and spread of digital cameras among photographers. Despite collaboration with Kodak in the past, they could not match the quality of color films from Kodak and Fujifilm. On the German market, Lucky with its color films probably did not play a major role, nevertheless these are not pleasant news from China.
