Minolta is a Japanese company that manufactures and offers camera lenses. It was founded in 1928 as a manufacturer of cameras and related equipment. It later began producing lenses for other camera manufacturers, and was later one of the largest lens manufacturers in the world. In 2003, Minolta merged with Konica, forming the joint company Konica Minolta.
Minolta lenses are known for their quality, durability, and value. So you can still use them with your analog camera today. Of course, you don't necessarily have to go for a camera from the Japanese manufacturer, but you can also use other camera models with the lenses.
