The Kodak Ektachrome Elite 100 is a slide film. It was produced by the Kodak company. This film was most likely offered at least until the 90s.
The Kodak Ektachrome Elite 100 is a reversal film for creating colour slides. The sensitivity of the emulsion of the film is specified as ISO 100. You can use it for example to take pictures on a vacation.

The development of the slide film must be done in the E6 process. The E6 process is offered by many photo labs. They can then be viewed by slide projector or directly.

The Ektachrome Elite 100 was produced for the 35mm format. With a size of 24 x 36 mm per picture, 36 pictures could be taken. The cartridge of the 35mm film was provided with a DX code. The code contains the film speed and can be read by some cameras.
The manufacturer of the Kodak Ektachrome Elite 100 has ceased production. One possible alternative to 35mm is the Fujifilm Provia 100F*.
