Fujifilm Instax Mini Toy Story 4

The Fujifilm Instax Mini Toy Story 4 is a special edition of the popular Fujifilm Instax Mini instant film, which was introduced in July 2019 to coincide with the theatrical release of Toy Story 4. There was also a special edition camera with the Instax Mini 9 Toy Story 4 Edition. The film is produced by Fujifilm itself.

The film is designed for Fuji’s proprietary Instax Mini instant format, which produces business card-sized images with a distinctive frame. In this special edition, the frames are decorated with motifs from Toy Story 4, including popular characters such as Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Bo Peep and Forky.

Once captured, the image is ejected from the camera and the processing chemicals are distributed across the surface. Within a few minutes the image becomes visible and can be viewed.

Film format and compatibility

The Fujifilm Instax Mini Toy Story 4 is compatible with all Instax Mini cameras from Fujifilm. In addition, it can also be used in Lomography and Leica instant cameras that support the same film format. However, it is not compatible with older Polaroid cameras. Each film cassette contains ten instant photos waiting to capture special moments.

Toy Story 4: A New Adventure

The film Toy Story 4 continues the popular series and follows Woody and his friends on a new adventure. In this film, Woody goes on a journey with his new owner Bonnie and her homemade toy Forky. He meets old friends like Bo Peep and new characters like Duke Caboom and Gabby Gabby.

Availability

The film was presented in 2019. It wasn’t the first edition with Toy Story motifs. The film is no longer being produced again. However, there are still many editions of Fujifilm Instax Mini films (eBay / Amazon*).
