The Fotoimpex CHM 100 Universal is a black and white film. It is sold on the market by Fotoimpex. The photo retailer from Berlin already had it on sale in 2004.
The B&W film is manufactured in the EU, presumably it comes from the UK. It is currently only available for 35 mm cameras. Concrete plans for other formats are not publicly known at this time.
The film’s sensitivity is specified as ISO 100. It is the basis for black and white images. One cartridge can take 36 pictures, depending on the camera. The Fotoimpex CHM 100 Universal is a true black and white film and must be developed accordingly. If you develop the film yourself, you need a B&W developer, like Rodinal.
CHM 100 is an inexpensive black and white film with solid results, so it’s good for beginners and novices.

Calculation of the development solution
How much development solution do you need?
According to Fotoimpex, the development parameters of the Rollei RPX 100, Kentmere 100 and AgfaPhoto APX 100* can also be applied to the CHM 100.
Sample photos
The sample photos were taken with a Leica CL and a Minolta 40 mm f/2 lens. The Fotoimpex CHM 100 Universal was developed in Rodinal for 9 minutes at a dilution of 1+50 and a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius.
