The Fomapan 400 is a black and white film. It is available as 35mm, medium format and sheet film. The panchromatic film still bears the name suffix “Action”.
The sensitivity is specified as ISO 400. Compared to the other 400 films, the film is a bit coarser grained and the grain stands out more. Fine grain lovers will be put off by this feature, but it does give images a special look that is sure to have its friends.
It is quite suitable for low light shooting and for use in a Holga or a Diana.
The Fomapan 400 is also sold as “Holga 400” and “Arista EDU Ultra B&W 400” as medium format and 35mm film.
