The PX 680 Color Shade Gold Edition is an instant film. It is the newest version of the PX680 Color Shade film.
The Gold Edition was presented in November 2011 together with the PX 600 Silver Shade UV+ Golden Edition by The Impossible Project. Instead of a white frame, it has a golden frame around the image, as the name suggests. Available was this special edition for a limited time only.
The film can be used in all Polaroid 600 cameras, as well as in SX 70 cameras when using an ND filter. One pack contains 8 frames for eight shots.
One picture is 8,8 by 10,7 cm. The picture itself is 7.9 by 7.9 cm.
It was sold for 20 euros per pack. In a Gold Edition set, it was also available along with the PX 600 and 10 gold Impossible greeting cards for 45 euros.
Update
This edition is no longer in the Impossible offering. The latest generation of color films for this format is the Polaroid Color Film for 600*.
