  • Manufacturer Orwo

  • Film Type Color negative film
  • Availability Discontinued

The Orwo CNS 100 is a color negative film. The film was sold by Orwo and produced by Konica.

The nominal speed of the film is specified as ISO 100. It is the basis for color images. If you expose it today, you should overexpose it. The reason for this is that film loses sensitivity over the years. The film is developed for daylight photography.

The Orwo CNS 100 must be developed in the C-41 process. The C-41 process is standardized. It is used by most laboratories. For example, you can take the color film to Rossmann and DM for development.

There was the color negative film for the 35mm format. The production of the Orwo CNS 100 was stopped. A possible replacement for the color film is the Kodak Ektar 100*. It has a sensitivity of ISO 100 and is made for 35mm cameras. It is developed in the C-41 process.
