The Müller Foto 400 is a color negative film. It is sold by the retail chain "Müller" under their house brand. The 400 film is only available as 35mm film and not for medium format cameras. Due to its sensitivity of ISO 400, it is well suited for sports photography, but also very well suited for lo-fi cameras.
The film is probably produced by Fujifilm in Japan. It is not known what type of film it contains.
It can be bought in a double pack with two rolls of film for 36 pictures per roll. In terms of price, it is of course significantly below the professional films, such as the Kodak Portra 400, like most of the drugstore and house brand films. Depending on the pack, the roll costs less than one euro.
