There was the color negative film as 35mm film. Today, the color negative film no longer exists, so you have to look for alternatives for your 35mm camera.
One possible alternative to the color negative film is the Kodak Gold 200*. This film for color images has a sensitivity of ISO 200 and is for 35mm cameras. Gold 200 is developed using the C-41 process. Other color films are available from Lomography and Fujifilm.
