The Coopcolor 100 is a color negative film. It was distributed by Coop in Switzerland. Coop Genossenschaft is one of the largest retail and wholesale companies in Switzerland and offered this film under its trademark in the mid-90s and mid-00s. The color film was probably produced by Konica.

The film has a rated speed of ISO 100, and you can take color pictures with it. The film should be slightly overexposed today. The reason is that over the years film stock loses sensitivity. It should be used in daylight.

The Coopcolor 100 is developed using the C-41 process. The C-41 process is standardized. It is carried out by most laboratories. Development is possible at DM-Markt and Rossmann. With a little skill, the film can also be developed in your own laboratory.

The Coopcolor 100 was manufactured for the 35mm format. The color negative film is no longer in production. Today, as an alternative, you can reach for the Kodak Ektar 100*, for example. With this, solid color images are possible in a 35mm camera. The film is processed in the C-41 process.
