The Petri GX-4 is a reflex camera. The SLR camera was sold by Petri. It was built by Cosina and also offered by the Japanese company under the name "Cosina CT-7".
The Petri GX-4 offers the possibility of interchangeable lenses. Lenses with a Pentax K bayonet can be used with the camera. The 35 mm camera does not have an autofocus function.

What films do you need for the Petri GX-4? It need 35mm film. Films of this format are still easy to get today and are still being developed. One option for b/w images is the Ilford Delta 400*. A possible film for color pictures is the Kodak Portra 400*.
The color film is being developed in the C-41 process. This development process is available at almost every photo lab.
The 35mm camera has a thread for a tripod. In addition, there is a connector for a cable release and a self-timer. The power supply comes from two LR44 batteries (eBay / Amazon*).
The 35mm camera can nowadays only be bought in used condition. The prices for the camera vary depending on the condition.
