ISO 400 is a good value for taking pictures in different lighting conditions. Since it's a color negative film, even slight mis-exposures are not a problem. Since there is no flash, you should not take pictures in low light.
The exposure area of the camera has a size of 24 mm x 36 mm. The film roll has room for about 27 pictures. The film is manually wound to the next photo. There is no need to rewind the film.
Development
Once the photos are in the can, you have to hand in the film or the camera for development. Many professional photo labs offer development of disposable cameras.
The C-41 process is an established process for developing color film. This development process is offered by most labs. At the end of the development process are the negatives. From these negatives, for example, photographic prints can be made or they can be digitized with a scanner. These services are offered directly by most providers.
